ETHRA’s Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) can help with rent, utilities, and mortgages.
ETHRA’s Energy Assistance and Housing Department assists with low-income housing and energy burden relief. Those who qualify can receive help once per year assistance with their gas (natural or propane), electric, and wood. Through the Housing department, there is HUD assistance and Weatherization, which winterizes your home.  Sometimes, they may be able to help insulate windows/doors or replace windows, doors, and water heaters.
ETHRA’s Homemaker Program is designed to stabilize and maintain families in their own home. Services are provided to families with problems of abuse, neglect, or exploitation, These services are now provided through an APS (Adult Protective Services) referral.
