Jackie’s heart is firmly rooted in working with communities, non-profits, and healthcare practices for the underserved. Her professional work, backed by a masters degree in social work, have earned local and state awards.

Leah graduated from Hollins University in 1992, then from Jefferson College of Health Sciences in 1996.  She practiced in hospital acute care for most of her career, but is really enjoying the primary care environment.  “It’s time for me to be the change that I want to see in the world.”

Nurse Practitioner


Dale Hadden is a family nurse practitioner with over 40 years of experience. She provides primary care and is developing a new program that will help FMC receive designation as a Diabetes Center of Excellence.
